Sheryl Hamilton has been a registered massage therapist in Canada since 1997. Before that she was a body worker in the Kripalu tradition. She has taught in the Massage Therapy program at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York, and anatomy and neuroanatomy at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon BC. She teaches Visceral Manipulation for the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, as well as several continuing education courses for RMT’s that she developed. Sheryl is also trained as a Spiritual Director and a student of Jakusho Kwong Roshi at the Sonoma Mountain Zen Center in California. Her favourite thing is to meet the universe in the form of you and then play around together.
