Healing has always intrigued me. When I was a teenager I witnessed both Grandmothers suffer with their health (one mental health the other physical). Witnessing their experiences sparked my curiosity about what is health and how can we live it. A desire to assist others in finding health naturally led me to Massage Therapy school in 2010.
I grew up most of my life in the prairies yet deep down I felt a connection to the snowy peaks of British Columbia. I took my newfound skills and knowledge of massage therapy to remote mountain lodges, where health, for me, seemed to be everywhere. Taking a break from the mountains I challenged myself physically, mentally, and spiritually on a year-long bike trip through South East Asia and trekking through the Himalayas. Arriving back home my body was in shock from the enormity of the trip and needed repair. Opportunely, I was introduced to Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy which led me to the whole health I had been looking for. Presently I am joyed to share my own healing experience through neutral listening hands as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist.
I am currently practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist in Vernon, BC at a midwife clinic. I am a mother of a vibrant little girl who helps me continue to learn about the human experience.
