Pooja Sriram
Pooja Sriram graduated from the Body Intelligence Professional Training in 2019 and has since been assisting Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy trainings, India. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to both her clinical practice and her role in supporting student's learning journeys. With a special interest in working with pregnant women, babies, and families, Pooja's understanding of the perinatal field has been enriched through her experience at a natural birthing centre,in Bangalore . She is deeply inspired by the body's innate capacity for health, healing, and self-regulation.
Pooja is the founder of Idham, a Bangalore-based practice offering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Rakkenho (a Japanese therapeutic bodywork modality). Her work is dedicated to fostering greater embodiment, resilience, and connection through gentle and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
Outside of her work, Pooja finds nourishment through travel, dance, meditation, and painting. These activities help her stay connected to herself and bring greater presence to both her personal and professional life.
