My name is Lenka Plecháčková, I am a human being, a wife and a mother of two beautiful daughters. My journey through life is many and varied and rich, one of my great passions is self-discovery and finding my own integrity through body therapy, study, life experiences, working with altered states of consciousness. I'm interested in mindfulness work, focusing, yoga practice, have had several years of shamanic practice and am grounded in the world of biodynamic. Biodynamic is home for me, I have found a huge spiritual overlap anchored in empirical scientific knowledge of anatomy and psychology. I graduated from the International school of kraniosacral biodynamic Body Intelligence and now I have the privilege of being an assistant tutor within the school. I am also a doula for the Czech Doula Association, accompanying women to birth. I work with bach essences which are a great complement to bodywork. I am currently a student of the Master of Applied Psychotherapy and I am also undergoing training in systemic constellations under the guidance of Anna Zámišková. I have a private practice in Ostrava and I am also part of the great team at the NAU Clinic of Holistic Gynecology in Ostrava.
