My first discovery of Cranio Sacral Biodynamic Therapy lasted only 15 minutes, it was during a retreat of silence over 15 years ago. This moment has profoundly transformed my feelings following persistent pain related to a head trauma. Subsequently my studies in this direction with tutors such as Steve Haines, Ged Sumner, Colin Perrow and Kathlyne Ukleja gave me the desire to share this very innovative approach and still too little developed in France.

Dancer and artist by training (Paris Sorbonne Nouvelle & Goldsmith College in London), life guides me first towards Taoism, then the path of Vedanta and the Tantrism of Kashmiri Shaivism. This path influences my questioning around reality and allows me to deepen my yoga practice. The discovery of Yoga Nidra radically re-actualized my understanding of the processes of relaxation, energy, healing and transformation. Qualities that I find in the Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy that I have chosen for its non-invasive, inclusive approach, focusing mainly on the health and balance of the patient.

In 2009, I founded Connective Studio in Nîmes, a place intended to create links and explore another way of living our reality on a daily basis. I offer yoga, craniosacral therapy, marmatherapy and massage. Interested in a non-dogmatic transmission exploring the subtle body, listening, perception and sensoriality, my attention is focused on the energetic principles which underlie all movements of life; to better embody a quality of presence which does not reject but brings together our dual and a priori contradictory strengths.
