After living in Nelson BC for the past 25 years, Jodi has recently moved back to Vancouver Island, settling in Campbell River to live closer to family, explore the North Island wilderness, and continue to grow and nurture her practice. Jodi's path to becoming a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) started in 2017 with a two-year apprenticeship in shamanic practices. This training challenged and inspired her to find ways to cultivate and nurture deeper relationships with herself, nature and spirit through earth-honoring and meditative practices. This practice developed trust in her intuition and attunement to the wider world around her. This led her to BCST, which supported her to settle more deeply into stillness and put language to experiences, sensation, and possibilities that she recognized, but had never had words for. Through experiencing the depth of life force energy available within herself, resistance faded, and daily life began to flow with surprising ease.

After completing her foundations training through Body Intelligence, she stayed immersed in the learning by carrying on as an assistant, knowing that she was keen to develop into the Tudor role. Throughout her previous career in public recreation, Jodi was always drawn to teaching for the ripple affect that sharing skills and knowledge creates. Her hope for being a teacher of this work is to support, inspire and witness the development of aspiring practitioners and in doing so contribute to BCST continuing to ripple out into communities.

Jodi strives to listen deeply to all of natures creations and feels honored to be in relationship with others while supporting and witnessing movement towards improved health, self growth, and inner discovery whether it be in a training or therapeutic setting.
