Jane remembers first bumping into the ‘Breath of Life’ whilst teaching Developmental Movement Therapy. Having long been fascinated by the “livingness” of natural systems she jumped at the chance to attend a Body Intelligence Foundational Training in 2013. Since its completion she enjoys practicing BCST from her private practice in Perth, Western Australia.
Jane is a lifelong learner attending Body Intelligence Post Graduate offerings and more recently an Aletheia Advanced Coaching Course by Integral Unfoldment. Prior to studying BCST Jane had spent years exploring embodiment practices and attributes a regular practice in Continuum Movement for no longer having Epilepsy.
Alongside her BCST practice, Jane studied a 2 year certificate in Biodynamic Agriculture and developed, with her partner, Biodynamic Lacto-Ferments, that are distributed nationally, for improving gut health. As with BCST Jane relates to and works with the “livingness” of Lacto-Ferments to increase their ability to support ‘Health’.
Jane’s BCST practice is called Biodynamic Well-Being. She enjoys working with adults, teenagers and children. Her special interests are: anxiety and stress, chronic conditions, development and rites of passage, integrating expanded states, life transitions, post operative and treatment care, trauma and vertigo. Jane is grateful for the opportunity to support students in their BCST studies with Body Intelligence.
