For Jaana, beginning her BCST training with Body Intelligence in 2021 was more than a course—it was a homecoming. Her sensitive, perceptive nature found its ground in this work, and the biodynamic approach offered a framework that spoke to her intuitive sense of knowing.

Jaana’s journey with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy soon revealed the centrality of relationship in the healing process. This led her to pursue certification in Chi for Two® embodiment coaching, a modality rooted in polyvagal theory, attachment repair, and developmental awareness. She now works primarily with adults navigating stress, developmental trauma, and life transitions. She also holds a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of Hong Kong, where she graduated with First Class Honours.

Originally from Estonia, Jaana has called Asia home for over twenty years. As a mother to two bright, neurodivergent girls, she brings a deepened awareness of how regulation, presence, and patience shape connection—both at home and in her practice. She currently lives between Ubud, Bali and Singapore, where she continues to grow her therapeutic work and support others in reclaiming connection—with their bodies, their relationships, and the rhythms of life itself.
