I have always had a fascination with the workings of the body at every level. I have practiced Body Work for over 20 years through a variety of modalities, including Reiki, Massage and Acutonics, culminating in my practice as a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. Originating with my love of horses, my world of competitive riding and my own personal journey with chronic pain, I began a more in-depth exploration of how our bodies work, become injured and adapt to stresses: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Finding the utmost healing and health in my own body through my Craniosacral training has focused my delight and driving passion for this work. It has enabled me to support my own health and wellbeing, to the greatest degree I have experienced since early childhood! I am excited to be the catalyst to assist others in experiencing the same. I live in a remote timber-frame house in the woods with 4 horses, a dog, a cat and my hubby!
