Christina graduated from Body Intelligence in March 2020. She has been registered with BCST/NA since then and is growing her practice in Nelson BC. Before that she has spent many years cultivating presence and embodiment through the practice and study of meditation and yoga. She has participated in numerous week long silent retreats and is currently also teaching Yin Yoga classes in Nelson. Christina has also studied trauma healing with Thomas Hubl, whose work integrates the core insights of the great wisdom traditions with the discoveries of contemporary science and found many similarities with the study of biodynamic craniosacral therapy. Currently, Christina is training in the Buddhist tradition of mindfulness meditation, all of these modalities influence and complement her practice of biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
