Personal experience of the changes made possible through BCST inspired Steve to train as a practitioner. The cranial foundations of his practice are complemented by a range of body-oriented approaches to trauma resolution and psychological wellbeing. Steve is fascinated with the human body and how people can recover and grow from difficult and overwhelming moments in their lives. Clinical interests include trauma, addiction, stress and pain and he has practiced in private clinics, a hospital and community organisations.

Steve teaches with humour and creativity and encourages students to make a personal connection with the work. He aims to simplify the approach so that the principles can be applied to any aspect of life. He enjoys supporting the personal and professional growth of students as they integrate the learning into their lives which in turn nourishes their clinical practice. Steve lives near the south coast of England with his family. He enjoys a range of daily physical practices as well as food, sport and music.
