Javier has been trained as a physiotherapist, osteopath, biodynamic craniosacral therapist as well as other forms of physiotherapy and alternative therapies. Javier actually began playing and studying piano at the age of eight, but at the age of 18 he was switched to another form of training, also related to the use of his hands. Within the manual therapies he has been trained in different forms of craniosacral therapies, work with emotions, chi kung, energetic therapies (reiki, reconnection...), posture re-education and various fascial work techniques. He has also explored other forms of work, graduating in Focusing. He has taken classes from Jean Pierre Barral, Robert Harris, Mike Boxhall, Jim Feil, Roger Gilchrist, Bruno Chickly, Eric Pearl, Andrzej Pilat, etc. Within his career he has been able to participate in several congresses as a speaker developing topics related to craniosacral therapy, mandibular articulation, and so on. A few years ago he started a project called hands-on, "soul, science and consciousness", aimed at the humanistic development of the therapist. He has been working clinically with patients in manual therapy for over 25 years and has been teaching for 18 years as a professor of osteopathy (Escuela de Osteopatía de Madrid - EOM), for 10 years at the "Escuela de Terapias Miofasciales" - Tupimek. This teaching work has taken him to various countries collaborating with various universities, professional colleges and collectives. He also participates as an assistant (which is especially satisfying for him) in Mike Boxhall's Presence in Stillness courses in Toledo (Spain).
