primal midline and formational fields

As we begin to incarnate, powerful and mysterious forces organize the embryonic cells into remarkable structures. This workshop will focus on the nature of these formative energies as the basic forces that create both our mind and body. Emphasis will be given to connecting to these early forms in our own systems before opening up to them in others. The workshop will include presentation of material, discussion, self-exploration exercises and working on tables in pairs. The intention is to create a depth to your craniosacral contact that will automatically engage with the underlying forces of the body, thereby powerfully bringing fundamental changes to your clients systems.

the biodynamic model and relational touch

This workshop explores the phenomena of touch. The fundamental approach of biodynamic craniosacral therapy will be presented from ideology to application. The workshop is designed to serve as an introduction to biodynamic craniosacral therapy for practitioners trained in other craniosacral modalities, or those already trained in this model and wishing to refresh their skills. The seminar looks at key aspects of creating a sensitive and spacious touch that allows the body's own primary forces of health to bring about adjustments in both body and mind. The skilled practitioner can offer a 'relational field' that brings about a holistic shift into primary respiration, a natural reordering and aligning to intrinsic health. Please apply if you are interested in developing these skills into your practice. This module is a necessary precursor if you wish to attend any other workshops in the programme.

primary ignition processes

As part of the awakening of the body energetics, key elements and structures undergo transformation during our prenatal life that create powerful rhythms in the body acting as natural fulcrums for life. Each ignition leads to powerful physiological events that transform your internal state and bring you to a new order of relationship internally and externally. Working at this level can revolutionize health - quantum leaps in energy and balance can take place. A mixture of experiential exercises and application will help familiarize you with these processes, re-igniting you to your original creative order.

taking on shape - the dynamics of birth

As part of who we are we need to take on a shape in the world. This workshop will focus on the molding and imprinting that takes place in the body and mind through the birth process. The way birth patterns present later in life will be explored and discussed along with how they might manifest in a treatment. The intention of the workshop is to provide an in depth understanding and experience of your own birth patterning and how this presents in your life along with the ability to identify and treat these patterns in your clients system. These forces are often unresolved, creating disorder in unsuspecting ways.

body intelligence

The body is deeply intelligent, however it can fall into states of confusion through lack of awareness and wholeness. The focus of the workshop is to re-acquaint you with your body. Through experiential exercises and concepts of living anatomy, your awareness of your tissues and fluids will be intensified, so that you develop a heightened sensitivity. The increase in felt sense will change you at many levels, bring you to a deeper connection to the subtle movements and forces in you. This embodiment will transform your relational field so that you can treat with a connectedness and clear intention.
