PLEASE NOTE: Participants can attend the first seminar without committing to the full course. This seminar is an introduction into basic contact skills and relating to biodynamic movements and will provide an opportunity to experience the approach and appreciate the extent of the curriculum.

Fees

For the whole training sem  1 through sem 10 the fee is A$10,000. The fee for seminar 1 is A$1,000. 

Payment

The training offers several ways of paying. For payment of the full course fee up front there’s a discounted fee of A$9,500. Or there are payment plans offered.

Payment Plan

Deposit of A$1000 (non-refundable)  is required upon acceptance (the deposit is the fee for the first seminar). Remainder to be paid according to the following payment options: 

Payment Option 1 - Balance of discounted Full Course fee A$8,500 due immediately after the first seminar.   

Payment Option 2 - 3 x Instalments 
First Instalment A$3000 due immediately after seminar 1 
Second Instalment A$3000 due immediately after seminar 3 
Third Instalment A$3000 due immediately after seminar 5 
Full amount comes to A$10,000 with the deposit.

Payment Option 3 - 20 x Monthly Instalments 
20 monthly instalments of A$472 (includes 5% administration fee). First instalment is due immediately after the first seminar. Full amount comes to A$10,440 with the deposit.

Entry into a payment plan is deemed to be a commitment to paying the whole course fee.

Introductory Talk

The Intro Talk is designed to provide a taste of this exciting and evolving body therapy science. You will explore through self experiential exercises and contact sessions the nature of Health and how to feel the expressions of Health as subtle biodynamic motions in the body. We will discuss trauma and how its effects are safely resolved with BCST. You will have a chance to meet some of the course tutors and discuss the course structure and material.

Tutors

Rielle Friedrich

Rielle is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist based near Paeroa, Coromandel in NZ. She qualified as a Physiotherapist in Germany, and has specialized in Craniosacral Therapy since 1995. She has also studied Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is a registered Physio-Acupuncturist. She has completed a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training and has an advanced diploma in BCST. Rielle is part of the tutor team for the Body Intelligence Foundation courses in NZ, Australia and Asia. She enjoys working with students, and loves sharing her experience of clinical practice. Rielle runs a full-time health clinic and Tai Chi /Qi Gong school and lives with her partner on their 10 acre property surrounded by nature. Health care and spiritual well-being are significant in her personal life.

Jason Jackson

Jason first studied Crainiosacral in 1998 with Joseph Marzal (the Pacific Somatic Institute). Joseph Marzal's work with Shock and Trauma was a great influence and also a big reason for Jason moving into the Biodynamic Crainosacral style of treatment, it helped with questions he had around more mechanical approaches to the work. Jason has been working in the health industry for almost 20 years. He is currently the owner director of a busy clinic in Auckland. Jason has a Diploma in Biodynamic Crainosacral Therapy from Resonance Training and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Craniosacral Therapy at Wellpark College. Jason works with Mothers and baby's and has an interest in how embryonic forces of formation express in Crainosacral Therapy. He has an Advanced Diploma in BCST. He's the father of three young boys.

Lolly Dadley-Moore

Lolly Dadley-Moore, has over 25 years’ experience as a Natural Holistic Health Practitioner, specialising in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Her passion for assisting people to bring health into their lives has driven her to continue developing as a Therapist, Educator and Supervisor. Lolly has a background in manual body therapy strongly oriented around Massage Therapy, Myofascial release work, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Counseling. This later evolved to being immersed in the Biodynamic principles of the body’s own innate wisdom. BCST gave language to what she had always heard from the body. Now she enjoys teaching and sharing her experience and knowledge with those who also seek to have a deeper understanding of the supreme science of our organic and biological nature. Lolly has a busy practice in her New Zealand home town with a specific interest in working with the health of pregnancy, babies and children. Lolly’s warmth and authenticity is welcomed by her clients and students alike. Lolly is a mother of 4, lover of the outdoors and whenever possible is likely to be found climbing rocks or galloping a horse along a beach nearby.

Megan Arnel

Megan has 20 years experience in the holistic health industry as a remedial massage therapist , Rolfing practitioner and more recently as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist. Her interest in BCST developed over many years of receiving the work and experiencing such profound and lasting changes in her own healing. Megan is attracted to the gentle and non invasive approach of bcst and it's ability to connect into and support each persons innate wisdom and healing potential. She recently lived in Malaysia for 4 years and it was here that she undertook her craniosacral therapy Diploma and also had the opportunity to assist a training. Megan has a special Interest in working with chronic pain , anxiety and trauma. She lives in Melbourne with her two sons Liam and Luca and had a busy practice in Bentleigh.

Standards

Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the training you will be certified as a biodynamic craniosacral therapy practitioner.

The training is accredited by the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT), a professional body which maintains standards and protects both craniosacral practitioners and their clients.  The association covers therapists in Australia, New Zealand, India, SE Asia and N. America.

The training is recognized by the Association of National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHCP) which sets competency-based standards for natural health disciplines and modalities in Canada.

The following senior tutors are approved teachers of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America (BCTA/NA) which sets standards in practice and education. See details of eligibility.

The training in Edinburgh is accredited by the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA), a professional body which maintains standards and represents therapists in the UK. 

The training is accredited by the Irish Association of Craniosacral Therapists (IACST), a professional body which maintains standards and represents therapists in Ireland.

The training is accredited by the Craniosacral Therapy Association of France, a professional body which maintains standards and protects both craniosacral practitioners and their clients. 

Affiliation

The training is a member of the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT) which is an affiliation of schools who operate to a commonly agreed set of standards in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy courses. Member schools offer the designation BCST (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist) to graduates of its foundation training and also a post-graduate designation ABD (Advanced Biodynamic Diploma) indicating an additional 300 hours of training. Diploma and Professional Designation

Upon successful completion of the training students will be graduated with an award of a Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and permission to use the designation BCST.  Upon joining a professional Craniosacral association the graduate will be given permission to use the designation RCST.

Low Cost Craniosacral Therapy

We are offering occasional low cost clinics where you can receive treatments from students under supervision. Details are here.

The clinics are open to anyone. A treatment lasts 45 minutes and costs $40.
