They will need to attend an induction session for a few hours in the afternoon of the day prior to seminar 2 to learn about basic contact skills. Seminar 1 and 2 will need to be attended before graduation.

Fees
For the whole training sem 1 through sem 9 the fee is £5,000. The training is non-residential. The fee for seminar 1 is £555. The fee for the optional seminar 10 is £444.
Payment
The training offers three ways of paying. For payment of the full course fee up front there’s a discounted fee of £4750. Or there are two payment plans offered.
Payment Plan
Deposit of £555 (non refundable) is required upon acceptance (the deposit is the fee for the first seminar). Remainder to be paid according to the following payment options:
Payment Option 1 - 3 x Instalments
First Instalment £1482 due immediately after seminar 1
Second Instalment £1482 due 5 months after 1st instalment
Third Instalment £1482 due 5 months after 2nd instalment
Full amount comes to £5000 with the deposit.
Payment Option 2 - 18 x Monthly Instalments
18 monthly instalments of £271 (includes 5% administration fee). First instalment is due immediately after the first seminar.
Entry into a payment plan is deemed to be a commitment to paying the whole course fee.
Intros
The Intro Talk is designed to provide a taste of this exciting and evolving body therapy science. You will explore through self experiential exercises and contact sessions the nature of Health and how to feel the expressions of Health as subtle biodynamic motions in the body. We will discuss trauma and how its effects are safely resolved with BCST. You will have a chance to meet some of the course tutors and discuss the course structure and material.

Tutors
Ged Sumner

Ged Sumner is a practicing Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Chi Kung Teacher. He has also studied shiatsu, healing and attachment based psychoanalytical psychotherapy. He has taught Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as a senior tutor for the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust’s (CTET) practitioner trainings in London and as a senior tutor for Resonance Trainings courses in Australia and New Zealand. He set up the Fountain Clinic in London, a busy specialized craniosacral therapy clinic. He set up and coordinated the Living Anatomy course for CTET offering an holistic view of the body’s anatomy and physiology. He is a director of the Healthy Living Centre, a multi-disciplinary alternative therapy practice in London. He also set up and directed the College of Elemental Chi Kung offering Chi Kung classes, workshops, retreats and a Chi Kung Teacher Training program in Europe, North America and Australasia. He is the author of 'Body Intelligence – Creating a New Environment' and co-author of 'Cranial Intelligence - A Practical Guide to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy'. He has a degree in Chemistry.
Steve Haines

Steve Haines is an international teacher of biodynamic craniosacral therapy and co author of 'Cranial Intelligence - A Practical Guide to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy'. He has been with Body Intelligence Training since its inception and is also currently a senior tutor and post graduate trainer at the Da Sein Institut in Switzerland. He has taught extensively at CTET, spent two years at Karuna and taught cranial work at the University of Westminster. He is a Level 3 teacher of TRE - Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises - designed by David Berceli. His background includes eight years' working with people with mental health problems and bodywork with people with immune disorders. He is a UK registered Chiropractor and also completed a 3 year shiatsu training. He is married, lives mostly in Geneva, likes travel and skis as much as possible. Francoise Brown

Françoise has been involved in the field of complementary medicine since 1984 both as practitioner and teacher. She is a supervisor for the Craniosacral Therapy Association UK and holds diplomas in Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Nutrition, Homeopathy and Constellations Work Family Systems. She also has a keen interest in Ayurvedic Medicine and draws upon these skills to meet her patient’s needs. She has had an on-going private practise in London since 1986 in which she integrates treatment modalities, especially Craniosacral Therapy and Homeopathy. She is committed to deepening the quality of her work through her natural curiosity and continuous professional development. Her other areas of interests in the professional field are Qi Gong and Meditative Awareness Practices working with colour and sound. Francoise has followed a daily meditation practice for the last 28 years and will be sharing her knowledge as she guides Evolutionary Homeopathy course participants through the principles and art of meditation in a safe and caring environment.
Candice Marro

Candice brings an ongoing experience in the fields of holistic medicine, transpersonal psychology and body-energy oriented therapies into her Craniosacral practice. She works in Toulouse - France and London - Highgate. She was the student's clinic director of a London-based CST training school and has experience supervising students in training as well as qualified practitioners. Candice leads various group workshops and has assisted a number of introductory week-ends and post-graduate courses in Craniosacral Therapy. She is also coordinating the set-up of a Body Intelligence Foundation Training Course in Toulouse-France.
Steve Lane

Steve is a practicing Craniosacral Therapist and Bodyworker and was introduced to cranial work through his early myofascial release training. Fascinated by the simplicity and beauty of the work, his initial cranial training was with the Upledger Institute before finding his way to the Biodynamic approach with CTET in London. Steve has assisted on practitioner trainings with Body Intelligence and enjoys supervising in student clinics. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings including the NHS, community organisations and in private practice where he has particular interest in immune system, neurological and emotional wellbeing.
Standards
Accreditation
Upon successful completion of the training you will be certified as a biodynamic craniosacral therapy practitioner.
The training is recognized by the Association of National Health Practitioner of Canada (NHCP) which sets competency-based standards for natural health disciplines and modalities in Canada.
Approved training of the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America (BCTA/NA) which sets standards in practice and education.
The training is accredited by the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists (PACT), a professional body which maintains standards and protects both craniosacral practitioners and their clients.
The training is provisionally accredited by the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA), a professional body which maintains standards and represents therapists in the UK.
The training is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) representing complimentary therapists in the UK and Ireland.
Affiliation
The training is a member of the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT) which is an affiliation of schools who operate to a commonly agreed set of standards in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy courses. Member schools offer the designation BCST (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist) to graduates of its foundation training and also a post-graduate designation ABD (Advanced Biodynamic Diploma) indicating an additional 300 hours of training. Low Cost Craniosacral Therapy
We are offering occasional low cost clinics where you can receive treatments from students under supervision. Details are here.
The clinics are open to anyone. A treatment lasts 45 minutes and costs £20.
